Had an online order and showed up ready around 7:30 and came and nothing had been started, a person was in front and I could hear several people in the back joking and playing around, several customers went in and they were never helped and over 10 min, even there to get order began terrible customer service and must be addressed and the employees need to work instead of playing around.
It was a good experience overall, this worker called grace, gave me one of the best sandwiches I've ever tried.
On Memorial Day, when businesses like Subway should expect a major crowd, Samantha was left as the only employee. Despite a large line and the continuous flow of customers, together with several to go orders, Samantha never faltered and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer service in the most difficult of circumstances.
