Wienerschnitzel - Chandler

The food and atmosphere were good and quiet but the service could be improved. I placed an online order and when I arrived, the order had not come through until 5 minutes before I had scheduled to pick up the food. The manager had mentioned that the system acts up and hasn't been working properly. When they gave me the food, the lady taped and stapled the bag shut and I wanted to ensure that the order was correct and nothing was missing. I had to open the bag and when I did, the lady gave me a new bag and just stood there without helping me ensure that everything was there and put everything in the new bag. I found that to be rude because I thought she was going to help me and take pride in her work.

First time here, and was underwhelmed. Food was decent, not great, which was a letdown after spending $27 on 2 dogs, 2 corn dogs, 2 fries and drinks. Service was meh: not rude, but not real friendly, either.

I am a little bias to WS as I grew up on it in my hometown, then moved to TX and they didn't have like any! So when I moved to AZ I was very happy that there are a few near my house! So good.

Trash food, plus made me sick about 5 mins, only got in a bite from everything.

Love those chili cheese dogs and fries!! Grew up on wienershnitzel, hard to spell though. ?Dietary restrictions: We have allergies, so they were so kind to read the ingredients list, and make sure there were no allergies for us.
