The miso soup was also delicious, showing the excellent skills of the chef. However, the restaurant's name doesn't really catch the eye as a restaurant.
All the staff members were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and guiding us to our seats. Despite being in a rural area, this restaurant provides excellent service. From the moment we were welcomed to the moment we left, we were truly taken care of. This is the secret ingredient to their delicious food. Wonderful experience.
This is a restaurant located at Yangguikan. From the window, you can see the Aburaya Bay, making it a pleasant place. I ordered the live squid set and changed the rice to kamameshi. For an additional 700 yen, you can switch the rice to kamameshi. You can choose from four types of kamameshi: crab, sea bream, sea urchin, and Choshu black chicken. It takes about 30 minutes to cook. The soup is brought out at the same time as the kamameshi, so both are piping hot. The burnt rice was also delicious. The squid is brought out alive, so it is very fresh and sweet. You can also grill the tentacles, etc. The staff are very kind and attentive, taking good care of you. The tile soba that other customers were eating also looked very delicious.
