Taco Bell - Chanhassen

Incredibly fast. Love the chalupas. I was having a bad day, and this was like an oasis in the bad day desert. :

Ordered food to be picked up a half hour later due to having 9 items and some modifications. Arrived at pickup time and sent my daughter in to get the food. She came back out and the bag looked too small for the number of items ordered. It had my name and the 9 items on the sticker, but there were only 4 completely different items in the bag. Went inside and waited for about five minutes before somebody asked if they could help me. Heard other employees joking about the kid grabbing the wrong bag . Fortunantely, she didn 't hear them making fun of her(for a mistake somebody there made). I saw another mobile order there which likely had my items inside. Employee saw that the items were wrong and said he would remake them. Waited about ten minutes for the new order to come out. Got home and found partially grilled food with skimpy ingredients and mislabeled items. Been going to this location for over 20 years and it was the worst experience I ever had there.

The worst food and worst service ever of any Taco Bell location I have been to. This location always screws up orders every time. You ask for hot sauce don’t get it. You ask for a bean burrito you get a beef burrito. Every time just terrible!

Went thru drive thru at 3:45PM, Saturday 1/20/23. No one behind me yet manager became impatient and pushy. Overheard him say come on because I was taking a few seconds to remove paper from my straw. Unbelievable!

Maybe if you don't have any adjustments to your order you'll be fine. But I requested no lettuce and no beans. I received plenty of both.
