Strata - Chania

Excellent taverna on the western edge of the harbour area chania. the lamb slept with the bone, divine in its simpleness. the potatoes that cleaned their juices were also delish. the otopus was also soft, although we were not fan of the carved wild beans. the greens were solid, just like the service was. great value and quiet ambiente makes this place stand out.

If you want to taste Crete, you should come here. It has a cozy location, a good service, an amazing food, a beautiful wine and finally you will be surprised with a small gift. Overall recommended and try Greek meals is more than amzing :

The food was delicious and we all enjoyed our plates. Good wine and a variety of dishes for different pallets. Great service for our very late arrival after 11 am. Beautiful surroundings and landscape . Thank you, we are back.

The food is delicious. I had a dorada fillet with mountain greens and grilled vegs. The waiter wad super welcoming and made my dinner even better. At the end of the meal, he brought some Raki and a piece of chocolate sausage. When I told him I did not have any place left for dessert, he wrapped three pieces for me for breakfast Highly recommended to visit!
