Thalassino Ageri - Chania

This place was recommended by my friend, who is from Chania, and she insisted that we have come. Neither of us had sat on the beach for dinner, nor so close to the sea, and it was an amazing place to enjoy the sunset. We had sea urchins, grilled squids, mussels in olive oil and a red snapper with a bottle of cretan wine. Everything was fantastic and could not recommend this place enough. Best seafood we had in Crete.

Restaurant is far from the city center, but in the case when the walk, you can enjoy amazing sea views all the way. Restaurant specializes in seafood, we tried mussels, fish, peace squids and octopus. Everything was very tasty, shells were the good quality and great inside. Only small comment is about octopus, I think it is good to use it with something extra, as it looked a bit lonely. Service was very good, polite people. Nice local music. Relaxing atmosphere for a beautiful and romantic dinner. Sea view from outside are amazing

The load was placed in the old leather factories. their feet touch the sea. the staff was very funny, helpful and fast the service was excellent and the prices are really good. they only have to reserve in advance. recommended!

Full dinner with high quality fresh fish. Every dish was really good, the service was fast and the atmosphere on the sand was great for sunset. Make sure you book in advance, especially if you first line only one step from the water

Amazing. Super friendly staff. Amazing view. Fresh fried calamari were the most tender I’ve ever had (make sure to take the fresh ones, not the frozen). Boiled squid was better than the grilled (recommended by waiter). Take all the waiter’s recommendations re what’s freshest.
