Feedback gevenThis place is really incredible!. The food is amazing and really good for sharing as a group. Placed in this small corner in Chania directly next to the indoor market. The owner is really nice to run the place as its own restaurant. Really one of my favorite places in this area and recommend to come for lunch with friends.
Best (yoghurt kebap I've ever had. every ingredient us fresh and the fön fries are made to home! also the soutzouki is very beautiful:
The best falafels and kebabs in Chania or everywhere! Not excessive. Full of taste and spices as you want (Levels 0-5) My husband and I love this place and the owners are so beautiful. Stop reading and go! Enjoy!
The short and dirty is that this was the best meal I had the pleasure of experiencing in Crete, let alone Chania. It is a little tricky to find (see above on the stairs, in the corner, near the market entrance), but oh so it is worth it. Like another reviewer said, the mixed grill is enough to eat for two. That's not an exaggeration. I have a healthy appetite and would have tried to finish it solo. This is a casual food place, with very limited seating. It's rocky and cute, and I wish I wasn't so full so I could go back and eat again. If you like this style kitchen, not.
Try Armenian pastourma! Some hidden gems in the menu. People from places that are not well acquainted with east Mediterranean flavors could use this place for a brief and cheap introduction to the culinary magic of Greece and nearby countries. If you can't take the shock of a few spices at once, please stick to McDonald's and stop wasting time trashing this place online.
