Dunkin' - Channahon

I went to this location on labor day and I literally seen bugs crawling all over the donuts . I got in my car and left .

I always get my coffee order just right, and the staff at the drive-thru are consistently friendly. However, I was disappointed yesterday before work. There was no line, so I ordered omelet bites and a toasted bagel. Unfortunately, the omelet bites I received were cold. I've never had an issue with the bagel bites, so I usually just stick with a regular toasted bagel. But how can you serve cold eggs? I didn't have time to drive back, so now I guess I’ll have to avoid ordering omelet bites in the future.

The hours were not updated, so I placed a mobile order and arrived only to be told by a Subway employee that the store was closed. Meanwhile, there were several employees in the back just hanging out. The manager called me back and was very nice, but unfortunately, she couldn’t offer a solid solution for a refund. I had intended to pick it up on my way back to college and had used my free drink rewards. Now, I have to ask someone else to pick up my drink and drink it for me, or I’ll have to wait until I return in over a month.

If I could give them 0 star I would but I can?t. They don?t deserve 1 star. I?m not a person that writes reviews but It?s has been many times already that when I get out off work from midnights. I stop by to Dunkin? and buy breakfast and they always havean excuse (oven is down or not running and also ran out of items). Like seriously it?s breakfast time. It?s so frustrating. So,I have to drive to Dunkin? in Houbolt st.

Hello everyone! Your bus driver here. What can I say about Dunkin'? They have fantastic coffee. If you can't find a donut that you like there, then you probably just don't want one! Their donuts are delicious. And if you find yourself in a larger city, there are plenty of options to choose from. So come on down and satisfy that sweet tooth!
