The staff was very friendly and the food was fresh. However, we realized when we got home that our order was incorrect. While they might have fixed it at the restaurant, I shouldn’t have to double-check my order before leaving.

I really love this Jimmy John's location! I always place orders when I'm at work, and they deliver it incredibly quickly. I was talking to Kayla on the phone, and she is the sweetest person ever!

We ordered four sandwiches. I specifically requested one with avocado because one of my companions is a big fan of it. However, when I got the sandwich at home, there was no avocado to be found; it was completely absent in both appearance and taste. The other three sandwiches were decent — not outstanding, but satisfactory.
