Feedback gevenAs for the receipt, if you ask for one, be prepared for an annoyed expression and possibly an eye roll, followed by the receipt you requested. Communication is lacking throughout the experience. The sweet tea was a complete disappointment—it didn’t have a hint of sugar, which might explain why no one was drinking it. In fact, the tea tasted like it had been sitting there for days. After just one sip, I had to throw my drink away. I think I'll be heading to Quiznos from now on; at least I haven’t had any issues there.
I absolutely love this place! The food is consistently delicious, and while the staff is friendly, they are often quite busy and don’t have much time for conversation. Nevertheless, I always make it a point to visit whenever I can, and I’ve never been disappointed. I really appreciate the people here!
My wife and I visited the restaurant on the evening of July 1, 2016. We didn't realize how late it was, but the woman who served us prepared our $6 meals. When we went to sit down, she hinted that the restaurant was closing. When I expressed my frustration, she told us we could have 5 minutes to eat. Wow! If she had mentioned the closing time before making our food, we might have chosen to go somewhere else. The woman who served us was Indian and had nose jewelry. - Tom
Best Subway in Chantilly! Friendly employees, fresh toppings. 7 30 Update : they still make great subs, but please train remind your new ppl to be aware enough not to put their elbows or shirts in the food! No one wants someone else's skin flakes, bandage, or lint in their subs!! : Other than that, food is usually fresh, and quick. One of the healthier fast food options.
I will never go to this subway ever again. I said THREE times loud and clear enough buffalo chicken and she still didn't get it. After three times I had to get rude about it. My boyfriend said chips AND drink for both of our subs. She comes to the drink machine and says you have to pay for the chips. He told you at the register. If you all would learn English you would understand what customers are asking for. She put two drops of hot sauce on my sub. It didn't cover any of the chicken so I asked for more and she scoffed for asking for more hot sauce. I'd give this place a zero if I could.
