Bonchon Pineville - Chaotte

They're racist I wouldn't recommend going there they act funny when they see interracial couples.

Food is okay but service is terrible!!! Especially old Asian lady at the cashier counter Been here on Sunday I think she never ever smile or say thank you to people who we call as a CUSTOMER!!! the male server is good but won’t back here again there are so many Bonchon branch in NC I don’t even care how far it is!!! But good food should along with good service!!!

The food was delivered in 15 min. Intervals, not optimum. Our waitress never checked on us I had to watch her and grab her attention to get water and the final part of my order. However. The food was really good.

Always loved their wings and food. However was there late last night after 704BBQ refuse to seat me. I walked over to BonChon and was a little after 8:30. They close at 9:30 and the waitress was the best ever, did not rush me and kept telling me to take our time. Didn't felt rush nor anything. Top Notch customer service and food is great as always.

Liz helped me with my order, and she was very nice. I was doing a pick up orden and when I got there it was an Asian lady (well she look asian) I told her I was here for a pick up and she completely ignored me. Then Liz came and help me. I don’t know but it was kinda rude.
