Wait time for a drink was 10mins, wife food was not cooked , 102 bill for McDonald's type service, ordered a salad and normally you get the crush black pepper not us , you get bread and they use to give you saucers and silverware not us very disappointed,.might have to go to huntersville location
I made reservations for my daughter's 21st Birthday Dinner 7/26/24 at this establishment ahead of time. We are first-time visitors to this beautiful city/state. At the booking, it would only allow 6 ppl due to the setup of the restaurant. I left a message for restaurant management to call me because I really needed 8 seats as my son and wife were coming in from Georgia. I was informed that they would work with me and it would be two tables next to each other. No problem, understood. When we arrived, from the start, the hostess was very pleasant. When we were escorted to our table, management had set our seating arrangement to accommodate the 8 of us for our 830pm reservation. Our Firebird's waitress was so nice, attentive, knowledgeable, and represented the company extremely well. Everything was above reproach, and we REALLY enjoyed our experience during her Birthday Celebration.
Kudos for the management and staff’s honesty at Northlake Firebirds’ location. Just when I thought Firebirds’ service couldn’t get any better, I was proven wrong. I left my wallet at the restaurant Sunday afternoon. Later that day I contacted Firebirds and informed the manager Sydney I left my wallet at the restaurant. Sydney did a quick name check confirming it was my wallet. Unfortunately for me the restaurant closed at 10 pm. Driving from Monroe to Northlake was impossible for me to get there before they closed. Sydney understood the importance of getting my wallet to me ASAP. However, Firebirds doesn’t open till 11 am. Sydney asked me to meet the day shift manager at 9:30 am this next morning to retrieve my wallet. I arrived at the restaurant by 9:30 am. I described my wallet to the manager on duty. Within 5 minutes I had my wallet. More importantly all of my credit cards and a $100 bill were in the wallet. It is with great appreciation and thankfulness Firebirds’ staff is honest. Turning a misfortune situation into a positive one. Many thanks for a positive experience.
The service was exquisite timed nearly perfectly salad was received just as you finished appetizer, entree was received right after salad was completed. Waitress was attentive to all our needs, with refills. I also forgot my credit card and they kept it for me and was able to pickup in early morning before opening prior to my flight home.
