Ru Ru's Tacos Tequila - Chaotte

Great portion sizes and good atmosphere! There is not a way to make reservations or save a table, but they can usually work something out pretty quick!

We came with a party of 6. Servers didn’t know what they’re serving. They brought out food and expected us to know which is what and kept going back and forth with the food until they figured it out. Chicken in the meal was cold. Cups was dirty and broken. The soda and water had some oily substance in it. Would not waste money here. After two bites of my burrito, I felt sick. I had raw veggies, barely tossed in the skillet. The server added gratuity herself for our party when on the menu it clearly states for parties 8 or more. Servers were in the back just talking at the table and sitting around. Careless service and a waste of time and money.

Our server penny was cool, the tacos weren’t particularly good, but I was really hungry.

Lots of mosquitoes on the patio! If you’re one to get eaten like me, I wish I would have worn spray before seeking out a patio restaurant. Good drinks, great patio atmosphere otherwise.

Food was tasty, service was good, but management is in need of a SERIOUS makeover!! The GM, I believe her name has is Lori needs an attitude adjustment. She’s rude and abrasive to the staff. Couldn’t believe her poor management skills and atrocious treatment of the servers. In these times, where restaurants are closing because they can’t find people to work, she should be grateful for these young employees, who actually show up to work, and treat them with respect. I was appalled by her behavior as a former server myself.
