Takitos Mexican Food - Chapecó

The worst place I 've ever been to in my life. We have never been treated so poorly. Starting with the table, we had to serve ourselves and organize a table for us to sit at while the manager watched us serve ourselves. After that, they thumped 1 menu on the table there were 2 of us . The drink came quickly, but we had to charge the waitress for the nacho starter, which would have been complimentary. I 've never seen employees have to be charged for doing their job. The nachos had no flavor, horrible chili, didn 't even have ground meat and some peppers that had nothing to do with them. Flavorless guacamole. Not to mention the rotation. 2 hours to eat just 2 measly burritos and 2 quesadillas. There was a chicken ??? that was embarrassing. We had to charge twice for the pepper as it doesn 't stay on the table. After hours of suffering and poor service, we decided to leave and eat somewhere else, as we left hungry. When I complained about the delay in service to the manager, he turned his back and ignored me. An employee was stationed at the cashier to listen to the complaints and he said that this had happened due to a lack of employees and I don 't know what. But seeing in the comments it wasn 't the first time this happened. Everyone in the restaurant left unsatisfied. Waitress passes tables randomly, ignoring the table. A look of suffering in the waitress 's eyes, not at all friendly. At the checkout, when we went to complain and ask for a discount, after all we didn 't eat practically anything, the guy charged us 50 reais each. I had asked to pay 25, child value and he didn 't accept it. I had to pay for another dinner because I left there hungry. Peeling walls at the restaurant entrance. Rap rotation 10. Terrible service. Nothing Mexican about the place, apart from some decorative items. Bad, bad place. We will never go back and would not recommend it to anyone. Very good food, rodizio worth the price, ranging from quesadillas, burritos, nachos, tacos and pizzas, almost nothing comes with pepper, it comes separately on the table if you ask for it, which is good for those who are not used to it. It took a while for the food to start coming, other tables were already being served, but after a while it started coming all the time. What left a little to be desired was the drinks, many of which were out of stock, and sometimes the waiter didn't even know, he went to the bar and came back to tell us, several times, otherwise everything was great, and with live music. Takitos is certainly not the same anymore, disorganization, clumsy waiters, slow service, cold food, drinks with the same flavor (just syrup and ice). One of my worst experiences. I definitely won't be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$60–80
