The app deceives time to pick up and complete is not a guarantee. Also have no dipping sauce. Might stop ordering at this place until they figure out to make pick up according to the app. Please stop losing the complete meals when customers get there. No apologies or anything, what happen to being thoughtful of those who walk thinking their order is ready and have to wait another 1 hr or so.

Worst dominos around here. If you want good service go to the one in lewisburg or anywhere else for that matter. Awful service never coming back ! Can’t count the number of times I’ve been disappointed by this location.

We've had a few issues with this location.We used to order weekly and had no problems but the past few months, it's become ridiculous.Most recently, i ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. Time online said it'd be about 20 minutes.I get there about 20 mins after ordering, they say it'll be about another 15-20 mins.Ok i get it, it was a busy night. I sat in the parking lot watching the tracker on my phone, well 30 mins later, it still wasn't showing it was even made, so i assumed it wasn't updating or something.I head back into the store (at this point over 1 hour after initially placing the order) and the kid behind the counter was very spacey when i kindly asked when my order would be done. He wandered around for a minute then came back and said uhh give it another 15 minutes.They hadn't even STARTED making my order.Barely an apology. I just cancelled my order and left the store.I get it, nights are busy. My issue is BE HONEST FROM THE START.If it had said it would've taken them 2 hours to make my order, i would've placed somewhere else right away! Which is what i ended up doing anyways, just after wasting my time first.Go to Vikings! Their pizza is better, and even on an extremely busy night, your order will be ready in 30 mins or less.

Just not what they used to be. Extremely Long wait times >1.5hrs.Many of the toppings and sauce options are considered “premium” and not eligible for digital coupon deals.
