Einstein Bros. Bagels - Chapel Hill

I really enjoy the bagels here. However, please note that the restaurant is closed during the summer when students are away from school.

Just a place to get your caffeine or sugar fix inside of the Business School. They clearly enjoy but have not yet abuse their monopoly position the closest alternative(starbucks in Ram's Plaza) would be more than half a mile away, unless you are willing to settle for vending machine soda... A Tip: if you plan to be in the business school more than temporary, it might be worthwhile to purchase their traveler mug: cheaper to get a refill and you stop feeling guilty for using paper cups all the time.

The staff appeared uncertain about which items were vegan and mistakenly told me that the bagels contained egg, which I know they don't. Consequently, I opted for another warm bagel with hummus, and it was amazing!

I really enjoy the bagels here! However, keep in mind that the place is closed during the summer since the students are not in session.

The restaurant is not open. I really love Einstein's Bagels, so I've tried to visit twice – once in December and then again in January – coming all the way from Raleigh. However, this location is inside a UNC building, and the entire building is locked up. I recommend trying Bruegger's Bagels until Einstein's reopens.
