Feedback gevenI went to the restaurant without any money and only ordered water. I felt guilty about it, so I kept my conversation minimal. This restaurant is a good place for introverts.
After being informed by Via Slice that our food would arrive within a 15-minute window, with the latest time being 7:04 PM, we ended up waiting until 7:11 PM before deciding to leave. This was a total of 52 minutes after placing our order. While we understand that Saturdays can be busy, the delay was still frustrating.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant, and when I got home, I realized that part of my order was missing. I called them to let them know, and they offered to double my order the next time I ordered from them. The restaurant seemed unclean...
