Feedback gevenI had an incredible experience at this Wendy's location! The service was outstanding—special thanks to Ms. Peggy for being so lovely and friendly; she truly made my day. The food was served incredibly fast, earning this spot a solid 11/10 for being the best Wendy’s in the Chapel Hill area. On January 25, 2022, I visited again and was equally impressed. Britni provided fantastic service; she was super sweet, funny, and really made our night memorable!
I realize that not many people read these reviews except for the management, so I just wanted to share a couple of thoughts: (1) the atmosphere here is fantastic, and (2) everyone deserves a raise—they truly earn it. xx
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the extremely rude staff. The way they interacted with customers was shocking. There was one lady, whose name I wish I knew, who spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. It’s clear that she should not be in a customer-facing role if she can't engage in a polite conversation. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this place. Management really needs to focus on improving customer service and basic hospitality.
The service was quite slow. I ordered a Dave's Double, two cheeseburgers, and fries, and it took 16 minutes for us to receive our order, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all.
I worked at that restaurant for a day, and the manager was really unpleasant. I felt her negative energy, and I sensed that she had a bias against white people.
