Aesop's Fable Restaurant - CHAPPAQUA

We arrived at 7:45 and food was not served until 9:15. There was an art show in the community and they were understaffed. We did have reservations and so did many others so they should have been aware of the numbers. The food was good when it finally arrived. The noise level was so loud, it was difficult to talk over it. I am not likely to go back again.

Terrific place hidden in town. Don’t judge by the outside. Food is unique, fresh and innovative- plus generous portions and good value. Gnocchi Brisket Bolognese was best dish I’ve eaten in a while. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful place to celebrate our girlfriend's birthdays! Perfect food for a group of picky women, some who were counting calories, were vegetarian or glutten free! Our waiter and the kitchen were incredibly accommodating and our birthday group will most definitely return!

The food was good.however the pictures are misleading.i thought we would be sitting on a garden with flowers, instead we had our dinner in a closed dark place with a loud noise of a game broadcast from the bar area.

We had made a last minute reservation so it was extremely busy and we had to wait. BUT..they were very apologetic and gave us a round of free drinks! The food was ok.. nothing to write home about, but nothing special either. They do offer Vegan, Gluten-free, and healthy options so lots to choose from. It was very loud in there, but not where you can't hear the people at your table. Just a lot of people in a smaller space. The service was also very good. Someone was always available to ask a question to, get additional water or anything you need. Will be going back, especially to eat outside in the back .
