Wendy's - Charles Town

This location has been on point, accurate, and excellent every time I have taken the drive through.

Update 2022-11-13 Changed to one star (the minimum). At 9:35 pm tonight I ordered online for pick-up. It said that in-store pickup is available until 10 p.m. and that my food would be ready in 5 minutes. I got to the door at 9:50. Printed on both door are the hours all saying that they are open until 10:00 but all the doors were locked. I knocked on both doors. Of at least 5 employees inside, nobody would take the trouble to come to either door to tell me what to do. I did not want to wa … – show

It's Wendy's good food but the service is meh buch of teens giggling and being sillh

I found hair in my food and I haven't been back to eat there. Everytime I think about going back I get sick to my stomach
