Andy's Frozen Custard - Charles

I ordered a chocolate shake and a chocolate malt. I get to the window the person goes to hand me the wrong order at first. I tell them what I had then they hand me two unmarked shakes. I asked which is which the cashier proceeded to shrug and say “good question”. I get them and they are running out the tops of the lids and the sides. Not a single napkin was handed to me. Horrible service. It was a sticky soupy mess!!! Never again!!

I simply wanted a large cup of plain vanilla custard, but what I received was a tiny portion that wasn't even filled to the top. I'm not sure if this is what I was supposed to get, but I'm really disappointed with how small it is. I believe a "large" should be much bigger than this.

The staff were incredibly rude to the customers and even complained about the portion sizes. When I asked for a remake, she intentionally served me less ice cream. The heavyset manager at the counter was also very discourteous.
