Kristen was a wonderful bartender… knows everything in and out, makes a great drink, and is super friendly and helpful. Had the escargot dumplings, octopus cilantro, coconut rice, and the garlic butter infused baguette… terrific! The only thing I suggest is that they put in the menu that the garlic brown butter for the escargot is also infused with Sriracha. I loved it until the burn started. I sent it back, hoping I could just get garlic brown butter and the chef wouldn’t or couldn’t do it. Fun … – show
