Feedback gevenI ordered a children's meal, and when I got home to give it to my nephew, I was really disappointed. There were hardly any fries, and the few that were there were overcooked. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
I ordered through the app for the first time today and I have to say, Hunter at the Citadel Mall provided EXCELLENT customer service! They truly embody the spirit of service with a smile. Don’t forget to ask about the manager’s program!
The staff was friendly and attentive. My meal was delicious and arrived promptly after I placed my order.
Horribler customer service. Very rude. I'm not going back to this Chick Fil A. doesn't keep the brand up.
I visited the location inside of Citadel Mall on Saturday and surprisingly my experience was horrible. I ordered 2 eight count meals and my food was old as if it was sitting. So I returned it in order to be remade and it seemed like the fries were placed back into the grease again. I was frustrated and requested a refund. Chick-fil-a typically goes above and beyond for their customers,but I guess that depends on the location.
