Hokkaido Sushi Hibachi - Charleston

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is incredibly delicious and fresh. My go-to orders are the beef negimake and the salmon sushi pizza. The staff is very friendly, and everyone I've brought here has enjoyed it just as much as I do.

The restaurant is quite small with limited seating, but the experience is absolutely incredible! Every dish is prepared to perfection. The young woman who took our order was wonderful and very friendly. The sushi was likely some of the best I've had in a long time, and the presentation was simply stunning.

The crispy calamari was excellent. They are consistently fast, even on weekends.

Meh. Wife and I had hibachi entrees. I had chicken and she had chicken and steak. All the meat was chewy and under seasoned.

Delicious restaurant we were trying to find a restaurant within walking distance of our hotel and had vegetarian options. We weren’t sure how good it would be but it ended up being great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!Vegetarian options: Had items I could actually eat instead of just getting sides personally I ordered the hibachi vegetable with white rice and miso soup and it was delicious!
