Ice Bing Cafe - Charleston

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! So many delicious choices for Boba style, Asian influenced teas and drinks. They also have different sushi and food choices, along with sweet shaved ice desserts. The staff is simply super friendly and hospitable. You take the time to navigate through their extensive beverage menu that can overwhelm after the first time due to its scissors size and options.

We have the ice-bing special and it was good. We loved all the fruits and ice cream that was above. The floor was soft ice and softened with tea. It was okay...but it was nice to have real ice cream and not just ice cream. Overall it was good. My husband got a milk tea that had a really thick cream on top. That was great. Customer service was great. No complaints. I suggest checking this place. It's sweet.

It wasn't at their headquarters, but we had their food and drinks at Charleston Music Hall yesterday, where she had set up a pop-up for the Anime Festival. Sushi and Matcha teas were amazing! We'll go to her main place soon! Very nice workers too!!

We visited Ice Bing with a group of ten. I have to say, all drinks and desserts we had shared) were exquisitely delicious works of art. However, the most delicious treats we shared were the friendly and friendly interactions with owners and employees. You feel like you're part of the family.

I visit Charleston once a month and every time I'm here I always try to find new and interesting desert places to visit. My boyfriend and my daughter has gotten me all hooked on Asian desserts and I when I found Ice Bing Cafe on the last day of my trip last month I just knew we had to go back. Today was our second trip there and everything tasted just as delicious as our first visit. Given the fact that I'm still recovering from surgery, I especially loved the comfy seating area they have in the back room. It was much appreciated for my back. They were a bit busy during our visit today and surprised us with a free size upgrade on my boyfriend's tea to apologize for the wait. Awesome customer service and great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back again to try out their many menu options.
