Sonic Drive-in - Charleston

Thank you for the wonderful experience last night at 11 o'clock! The young man who took my order at the drive-thru was hilarious and enthusiastic. He recommended his favorite flavor for my meal, and it was fantastic! The fries were the best! Oh, and a shoutout to the strong linguists!

I place my order and take a seat in a booth when I arrive. My food is consistently hot, fresh, well-packaged, and exactly as I requested. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is just right, and I'm always welcomed with a friendly smile.

Don't waste your time going to this restaurant; it's better to avoid it altogether. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and barely moved two car lengths. I decided to order through the app and hoped it would be quicker, so I went inside to wait. I ended up sitting there for another 30 minutes without my order. Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and left. To make matters worse, I had to spend an additional 20 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund through their hotline. It's absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else, or you might as well bang your head against a wall—it would be more productive!

You?re awfully slow and you often have to call out on the drive-thru speaker or else they won't recognize you. I sat in the snake for about 20 minutes and didn't even come to my order. The only reason I went to this stupid restaurant is because it was late at night and hardly another fast food restaurant in the area was open. I never go here if it's not my last resort. That's why?

Love Sonics fresh fruit sluts! The Hubby, which I thought was a cool pick-up, and our car hop even updated its milkshake as courtesy, as they were from the size he demanded! Well done, Sonic!!!??
