Grill'd Healthy Burgers - Charlestown

This is a good place to come for something relatively healthy and lightDidn't feel guilty for eating here (was visiting from the U.S.).

One of the best burgers I have ever had! Seriously though the nourish and flourish was delicious.

Food was great, like all Grill'd restaurants. Was disappointed in service. The restaurant was quite busy and they had closed the rear section of seating. We couldn't find a table other than outdoors in the cold so we asked for a table in the back section which they refused to open. With 5 people including children it's hard to get a table, they were not at all accomodating. Unlike The Junction Grill'd where we have only experienced superior service, Charlestown was disappointing.

The menu has many different types of burgers that can be added to Their sides are tasty and sauces are fantastic Staff are incredibly friendly and engaging

We ordered take away from the Charlestown branch as we needed a quick meal. When we got the food home they had missed the sweet potato fries off the order. We didn't have time to go back and get them so we did without, however I called to explain and they sent me a voucher for a free burger in the post. To use the voucher we decided to go in and eat. This time they missed my daughter's drink from the order! The kids burger is extremely bland - just a small piece chicken on a small dinner roll (not a nice soft bread roll) with lots of tomato ketchup, no salad. Ultimately this restaurant is just a chain/franchise restaurant, the burgers are ok but nothing special and it's quite expensive for what you get. I'd only go back if there was nothing else in the area. If I fancy a burger I'd rather go to the new independent burger bar on the highway.
