Pigs Eatin Ribs - Charlevoix

I've been enjoying Pig Eating Ribs since it started out as a small food truck, and they just keep getting better, adding more delicious options to their already impressive menu. One of the highlights is that they cater for private events, weddings, or even just a fun gathering with family and friends at home. I highly recommend the chicken wings and the pulled pork; both are fantastic! The food is amazing, and the service is top-notch, with owners and staff who truly care about the customer experience and the quality of what they serve.

We drive 45 minutes to eat here because the web site said you are open. So sad they were not open. We will not be back.

Our daughter wedding was this last weekend February 5 and pig ears barbecuing did the catering. We were disappointed in a couple items that they served. The cheese rolls were dry and hard and the crabcakes were cold and not like any other crabcakes I’ve ever had. I wish they had allowed two sides to serve theimselves Instead of two people dishing out because it took forever for our last tables to eat and I was getting upset for them. The prime rib mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese were good.

HORRIBLE!!! Got a Burger from there and some Mac Cheese. Waited about 20min for my food. Just a Burger and Mac Cheese. They where out of pretty much everything. I thought they where closing. No lettuce, No Onion, asked for at least pickles. Once I got home they had put a ton of bread and butter pickles. : Bottom bun was saturated in pickle juice. Very Disappointed. Replying back 9/20/2021 Rather the burger typically does not come with LTO or not. It was a request by the consumer. I asked for LTO, and was told by the women who took my order that you where OUT of everything. If a customer request pickles next, and that was the only possible add-on at the time after being told you where out of LTO) a good customer service representative should have specified that they where bread and butter to prevent a bad experience/order. As you know we get a lot of people from out of town, bread and butter is not the typical normal for a burger.....its Dill. Not a professional response back either. Yikes! Not sure what being busy has to do with this. I was not in any hurry.

Fantastic barbecue, but unfortunately, the restaurant is only open for catering and the food truck. Food: 5 stars.
