Kayeleen was very rude for my friend while he ordered. my friend was only in the subway twice, so he doesn't know what they have there. he asked them what kind of broth they had, and she looked at him and said, “How often are you here?” instead of simply saying. then he put his card too early to pay for eating and she said, "you have to wait, I have to put everything in the computer. ‘
Twice in one week that the gentleman working did not change his gloves in between cashing people out, in a front of me. Same gloves for 4 separate orders. Literally…CHANGE YOUR GLOVES..they cost pennies! GROSS!
Andrew, who I believe was on his third day, prepared me the best salad with a cheerful smile. He was very polite and greeted other customers as they entered. I needed him to change his gloves because I have a severe allergy to onions, and he was totally accommodating, making sure to avoid touching any onions. People in Missouri aren't always this pleasant, so Andrew is definitely a gem! Great job, Andrew!
I visit this restaurant 2-3 times a week, and the quality and service are always outstanding!
