Mcdonald's - Charllottetown

Ordered a coffee and tea on the way out of Walmart to take on the road. Both drinks were cool when we had our first sip 2 minutes later.

Ordered 6 chicken nuggets, forgot to give me! I called back also refuse to deliver it to me! Horrible service! Feel disappointed!

No one will tell you ur order is ready, order statement screen doesn’t work

Seriously everytime I go here with my app it scans a offer and then it says it's been already used .The thing is I just opened it up for the first time so how can be it be invalid.I am getting really tired of this because I spend a lot of money at McDonald's in Charlottetown because I go about 3 or 4 times a week to other locations.This location is the only one I find I have issues with.If I don't hear back from someone body on this issue I may be taking my business somewhere else

I witnessed staff accepting cash, cleaning counters, and emptying garbage cans before immediately walking into kitchen and assembling breakfast sandwiches with their bare hands. When management was informed they made staff wash hands, and they were visibly upset they were being asked to do this. but refused to remake the food. Needless to say I walked away hungry.
