Arby's - Charlotte Hall

Sandwich was not what i expected. It had more peppers and could not see the meat like the picture

I ordered a large fry. only half of the container was filled up. the quality of the food is horribile

Arby's truly puts the customer first. The service was impeccable and very courteous. I give it 5 stars! By the way, I've never left a review in my life until now!

The chicken was extremely tough, almost inedible. They also forgot my mozzarella sticks and didn't offer any fries as a substitute.

In the past, this restaurant was not a great place to visit. However, I must say they have significantly improved. The food is delicious and consistently hot and fresh. The customer service is excellent; we felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated as customers. I want to extend my thanks to all the employees at this Arby’s location for doing such an outstanding job! Keep up the great work!
