Afternoon Tea at Ballantyne - Charlotte

Overall was a good experience. The location was just off the lobby so there was a lot of foot traffic and noise, I could barely hear the music. There is a lot of construction around the area the view outside the windows was not great. Open table uses your credit card only for reservation , wait for the final tab at your table.

Anna was an amazing server and made our experience extremely special

Simply put, Anastasia was just the best person we could ask for to wait our table. Her kindness and attention to details really made the experience perfect.

Afternoon Tea at the Ballantyne is excellent in many ways. The setting is charming, always with beautiful seasonal decorations. The service is exemplary. Right there when you need something without ever interrupting or hovering. The tea choices are wonderful, and the food is very good. Usually there is live music and that adds to the relaxing, enchanting experience. My daughter and I make it a point to do Holiday Tea and Galantines Tea, as it is such a festive, special experience. As always, getting to and parking at the Ballantyne is easy, and the price is very good for all that you get.

The osterbuffet was great. Mother's day wasn't so great. definitiw scaled by ostern; most “hot” food was not hot. bark meat roast was hard, and the truthahn had no taste. please go back to garnel on ice instead of putting a garnel in a “**** Mary” mixture with speck. service? it has forever instructed to get the leak, and it was wrong. does not have the payment I had to make to secure the reservation. I had to raise my AMX account to prove that I paid the deposit. I wouldn't return to Mother's Day there. certainly not worth $270 for two people!
