Angela's - Charlotte

We were quickly seated at our table and placed our order shortly after arriving. The food took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait—everything was delicious. We ordered a seafood pizza with a crunchy crust, so just a heads up on that, and a fresh pasta dish with cream sauce, peas, and sausage. We would definitely return just for the fresh pasta! On the service side, our server checked in on us a few times, but only before the food arrived, not afterward. Additionally, we noticed that other tables received baskets of bread, while we did not, which made us feel a bit overlooked.

It was Frank Sinatra night, and the atmosphere was fantastic, enhanced by wonderful live music from our favorite performer, Francis Nazzaro. The food was, as always, delicious.

I had a wonderful experience dining at Angela's last night. Every dish we tried was delicious. The veal Francese was incredibly tender and flavorful; you could cut it with a fork! The homemade sangria and margarita were both delightful. To top it off, there was a singer performing classic Italian songs reminiscent of Frank Sinatra, which added to the atmosphere. It was a very enjoyable evening, and I can't wait to return!

Went out for my youngest brothers birthday with a party of 10 and a baby. Service was outstanding, our waiter knew the menu/specials front to back and was able to make some great recommendations. Some of the best Italian food I have ever had, sampled a few other of our parties dishes and everything I tasted was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant, looking forward to my next visit.

Food was fantastic. Service was friendly but lacked any skills for price point ie... bringing a pepper mill instead of peppering salad and entree. No grated parm offered with pasta. Disappointed that only menu offered was limited to restaurant week.
