Applebee's - Charlotte

Would not try this place twice. when I was pregnant for the first time and came to law with my mother and the waitress was very rude. this time around me I decided to come and give him a second attempt I came with my man and my son and we waited in the entrance for 15min and no one came for us to sit and their two workers sat at the bar, sitting on the bar and with the dame that makes drinks and she was not on the break because she helped one of the customers. we decided to go because if no one came to us to sit, I can't imagine their service at the table, I would understand if they let us know that we short workers give us a moment to sit them, I would understand, but no one came up and the dame that looked at the bar they saw but did not help.

We just drank, we didn't eat anything. we were told that there were NO beers on hahn, they couldn't pour a beer out of the bar only bottles. did not really worry because we got mixed drinks anyway. all around us complained about eating or there was something wrong about eating. that smelled very good and looked decent, but I don't think I'd come back at all. the table next to us just went out completely because the woman said she was allergic to pickles and there were pickles on her burger. a whole family took her eating in togo boxes and went out. we heard one of the waitresses complaining about the kitchen and said they would never eat anything from the kitchen. if their own staff members say that about the place, I can only imagine how that was actually eating. now the mixed drink tho! it was. fantasy, but young was strong! they did not vanish in the fleet! it was too strong for my pleasure, but if they did not taste the alcohol with less sweet, then they would love it.

Saturday night, at eight, pay one. that was great. the half of the personalized sections closed on the server and the kitchen was behind. hostess made bad work to update the people already in line when the expected waiting period from 20 min went to over an hour for people already in line. I have to go instead, the atmosphere was very down because the half of the sections were closed because no server for it. disappointed when I needed the push of the mood, and a busy restaurant is good for it. to go server was polite and friendly, coughing. eating was good, good portion size, my order came fast.

I ordered the flaming hot boneless wings, the trim is something my 2 y/o nephew could have done. I do not expect 5 stars of applebees to play, but I also do not expect this coating because it makes me think easily if greed does not care about the coating, they also do not care when the panels have been cleaned properly. every time I asked about something, I was hit by 5 apologies from my waitress to forget when she went past my table instead of getting it. I literally wait over 20 minutes after billing for a ranch torch because my waitress couldn't seem to get it together.

The food and good the server Gerald was good. The only issue was my husband ordered a the drink Tipsy Zombie that was on special and he took one sip and said this was way too sweet for him to drink. He asked our server for some lemon or limes to cut the sweetness but that did not help it at all. He realized he could not drink this drink So told our servers about the drink and he told us because this Applebees had been bought out by another owners they are not refunding and alcohol drinks. If a customer is not satisfied with an item they are served the “customer service way” is to take care of the customer. The whole drink was taken back with no refund back to us. Not sure who owns the Applebee’s word of advice this is not for to treat your customers.
