Arby's - Charlotte

I visited Arby's for the first time, and I really enjoyed it! The coffee milkshake was delicious, and the jalapeño cheese was fantastic. The berry sauce was a unique touch that I really liked.

The food was delicious and fresh. My coupons were accepted without any issues, and I received the sauces I requested. Thank you!

I wasn't quite sure what to expect at this particular Arby's. I wanted to try one of their new menu items, but the wait was a bit long. When I asked the cashier if I could order a combo instead of just a burger and fries, she said that I could. I inquired about the sizes available for the meal—small, medium, or large. I also asked if I could replace the drink with a milkshake, and she confirmed that it would cost an additional $13.00 as part of the combo.

It is 3:30 on Mother's Day and I just stopped with my mom for shakes. There are employees inside but no answer on the drive through and doors locked. This does not bode well for me ever stopping there again. Just a few miles up the road is another Arby's that has always treated us right. The way I am feeling about this location right now I would just go to the one on Monroe right away.
