When their lobby is closed, they have a sign that says so much. do not just close their doors while they are open and expect people to go to the door and see that it is locked and then return to their car to sit in the drive-thru line. it is only possible to show that this restaurant does not care about the customer a bit.
I just want to eat before I work and that's what I have. very disappointed for $17.00
I wanted to try the Waygu-Burger they had for a limited time, so I drove to arbys after I saw the load. with high hopes because I was hungry and it looked good. the burgerpatty was not warm I ordered the without speck, because I don't eat it and still get speck. I didn't ask a pickles, and I didn't ask them on the sandwich. the rest of my order was good, although my children loved their childhood. the personal was friendly and the manager who packed my bags three times to make sure I got everything.
I've never had much of an issue here until today. I put in an online order. Get there ten minutes after and pull up to the window which is what I've always done and she tells me that I can't pick up online orders at the drive thru window. So, I got out and went inside. Stood inside for 30 minutes waiting. There were approx. 6 other people waiting ahead of me. Pretty ridiculous, but there were only 3 people working, so I feel for them. Do better Arby's
