Buffalo Wild Wings - Charlotte

My experience was overwhelming. drinks and service lasted too long. I was charged and disappointed. I enjoy my wings and drinks, but I would not recommend this place.

This location has so much better and seems to be back to what it was when it was opened first! a baptizing new server that make a great job like victor. there is also a new manager who makes a difference that has come through the rows. apparently began as a line herd with buffalo wild wings ago. this is unusual nowadays, but it shows up positiw. good work for companies to recognize and promote talent from the inside. if they have been disappointed in the last past, they go back and then give another chance. I went to lunch, was greeted with enthusiasm as if they were really happy that I was there. the service was fast. the food was quickly served. wings were hot. the only reason I didn't have 5 stars at this opportunity is that the wings were a little fat. a reason why I loved bww and was a fan over 10 years ago because their wings never fat, ever. I don't know if they have changed their suppliers or changed the cooking process, but that has to go back to what it was. they still tasted good, although the cooked texture was not my favorite. go here and give them the opportunity to offer a great culinary experience.

I came to lunch to meet friends. the place had people at 5 tables and the rest was empty and I was told it would be a 20-minute waiting period. I wondered if at least I could sit on an empty table and I was told, no. if you explained that you only have short staff and maybe I could wait longer on the table, I understand, but don't stand and wait when the place is almost empty. they then went through the next group several times to ignore them until they left.

We have received emails about their new items on their menu, so we thought why not go see how it is changed. we drove 30 minutes to get there to meet us at the entrance and explain to us that they only have wings and pommes, now I'm not sure how a restaurant has no food? but after the thought we decided to go somewhere else. I hardly ever give 1 star since I feel that everyone has a bad day, bad service etc. However, since they had no eating to serve, I find it well deserved, and after they had sent crazy emails via new menu points. here is to hope they repair it.

Came into the place tonight at 11 and ask the guy at the front if they were serving food and full menu. I was told yes and waited to be seated. I finally went to the bar and sat, half the beers were out of stock and ordered a beer I didn't really want. I asked for a menu and the bartender rolled her eyes. Then goes to tell me they are only serving fried apps and chicken only. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and he was professional but gave excuses of why he couldn't serve anything else. If they have a limited menu they need to post something on the door or website or tell the rest of the staff they have a limited menu. Don't plan on visiting this place anymore
