Chick-fil-a - Charlotte

This chick fil a is hit or miss. It use to be my go to spot but it’s been going down hill the last few years. The food is normally fine for the most part, but the employees and service are terrible. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant so 90% of the staff is young, but the “professionalism” you use to get from Chick fil a doesnt exist anymore at that location. My order is wrong half of the time but it’s not wrong as in they forgot something. It’s wrong as in I’ll order a sweet tea and they give me coke or I’ll order a chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and they give me American cheese. Very random. Hopefully it gets better !

Ordered through the app and pickup through the drive-thru. Line was fast, food was delicious. Ordered 8 ct. grilled nuggies and a side salad with avocado lime ranch dressing. Great low sugar, high protein option that doesn't sacrifice taste!

Always have a great experience here. Can get busy during lunch and rush hour, but it's worth it.

Update (Oct 2023): Experience continued to be like the Nov 2022 review. Much improved. Update (Nov 2022): Dined in this evening and received my food promptly with very friendly service from the team members. Order was correct and food was hot and delicious. A much better experience! Original review (Jan 2022): Dining room is never open, no curbside pickup, and drive-thru traffic is constantly backed up onto South BLVD. At least they got my order correct however I have read the NUMEROUS reviews where this is not the case.Chick-fil-a Corporate offers franchise management significant training and support so that they can uphold the high standards that customers have come to expect. The management of this Chick-fil-A is incompetent and should lose their franchise rights. Never seen a location run this poorly...
