Chick-fil-a - Charlotte

I always loved Chick-fil-A because of their delicious food, and amazing service, they're always nice and the wait isn't long at all, even though the line is long, the wait is short.

As always great food and service for fast food but for god sake Chic Fila put in a sidewalk for your drive through staff so someone doesn’t get hurt!

Although the lines can be long they move quickly and efficiently. Love the employees so delightful and professional. Had a huge order and everything was in the bag. The only fast-food restaurant that doesn't forget any of your order.

Service with a smile and happiness! This Chick-Fil-A is great! The food has always been great and tasty, the service is spectacular, and they process orders fairly quickly, even at peak times. Not much else to say, but they have a winning team!

I ordered ahead on the app and when I saw how long the drive thru line was when I got there I switched my pickup method to carry out instead. (I advise you do the same if it’s a busy time of day) I was greeted warmly inside by the guy who handles the carry out orders. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for my order to be ready. My order was filled correctly and they put napkins and ketchup in the bag. The food was good but the chicken in the sandwich was smaller and thinner than I remember it being. I guess they are cutting back on portion sizes.
