Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

This was an okay chipotle. The wait wasn't that long and the food was okay. However, the establishment itself was very unclean and had stuff littered everywhere. There was also a bunch of weird people hanging around inside and outside the location and I felt very unsafe there.

Mobile ordered a bowl and Queso through doordash and they didn't provide chips. Very unhappy with this order and store

Always consistent, always good. If you're on your lunch break and in a hurry, I'd avoid stopping in, because it gets very busy and the line gets very long. Ordering ahead is a great option, but overall, great place. Only one complaint, and that's the speed of service. I'm a believer in moving with urgency, especially during lunch hours when you know it's gonna be busy, but they certainly take their sweet time, which makes the line move very slow. Speed it up, please. I'm willing to bet I can roll 4 burritos before they assemble one bowl.

If I could give no stars, normally I don’t complain but this messed up my day and my appetite. Plastic in my food and almost ate it?. I probably will never eat at another chipotle again because this company does believe in quality or good customer service.
