Chubz Famous Chiliburgers - Charlotte

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. I decided to try the patty melt with fries and it was absolutely delicious. The fries were hand cut and served fresh and hot. I didn't have to wait long for my food, it was prepared quickly. The service provided by the owner and his son was excellent. Thank you for the delicious food and the friendly customer service, which can be hard to come by these days.

Absolutely loved this place! If you're a burger lover, you have to try it. The chili topping on the burgers is amazing. The hand-cut fries are cooked perfectly, especially with chili and cheese added. Don't miss out on the onion rings, and if you're lucky, grab one of their limited supply cookies. The owner was incredibly friendly and hospitable. We visited after lunch rush, so we didn't have to deal with a busy crowd. Can't wait to come back and try more menu items!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 5 Guys who???? in which I paid $14.15 for a heavenly meal. I regret not discovering this gem sooner! Mitch and his father Steve do an amazing job at managing the menu and handling the busy lunch crowd. When I arrived, there were 8 people ahead of me but I decided to wait because of the efficient communication between Mitch, Steve, and the customers. I ordered the number 11 Chili Cheeseburger, fries, and a drink, and it was so good that I will probably be returning tomorrow. Steve even offered me his homemade sauce for the fries, which could rival In-N-Out's famous sauce in California. I was truly impressed and would give it a rating of 11/10. Thank you again to Steve and Mitch for a fantastic dining experience. It was my first visit but definitely not my last!

The whole experience was great! Customer service is A1. The father son duo that runs the place are so pleasant and helpful. I always enjoy hearing the friendly banter between them lol, cute. Now on to the food. Excellent. I only was able to snap pics ofmy onion rings that I ordered (when I visited for the second time the very next day! because we were too busy scarfing downeverything thing else. We had wings with the housemade ?Barbalow Sauce? ???????????? I could drink that stuff man! The ownerreally needs to consider bottling and selling that stuff. We also tried the Cheesestake sandwich with fries and onions. Thesandwich was great and the onion rings?.no lie best I?ve ever had! So light and airy and crispy and not incredibly greasy.Coming from NYC, we eat our onion rings with tartar sauce. They don?t have any here but I tried it with their housemade ?ChubzSauce?. Not disappointed! It?s like a thousand island dressing but not as heavy as the bottled stuff. Go and support these guysif you?re in Charlotte! I?ll be back (every day on my next trip down. Not fast food, made to order. My double burger was hot, a little crispy from the grill. Very good burgers, couldn't finish my fritesy. NOTE: Men's room has stylish inspiring motivation quotes everywhere.
