Co Park Rd - Charlotte

The food and service here is always good. I like the vegan spring rolls and the spicy udon. However, I only give 3 stars because from October 2021 this restaurant will not pay its servers a living wage.

You can’t go wrong at Co! They have delicious veg options, and you can enjoy $3 edamame during happy hour!

Vegan menu and great atmosphere. The bowls, salad, rolls, all clearly called out. It's the best sushi place I've been to. dope vibe

I love Co. My non-vegan husband wanted to go and I previewed the menu and fell in love. We had the edamame gyoza, and I had a ramen bowl that had veggie broth and was totally vegan! Their tofu is delicious! Will definitely go again.

Having a separate vegan menu makes this an excellent spot to go with a group! Tasty options for everyone!
