Feedback gevenI stopped today to eat on the way to work. ordered a cooking style burger and tweeper rings with a sweet tee. Instead I got a burger with all ingredients, and two chicken strips wrapped in tortillas. I had to eat the burger, because I had no way to eat anything else. I returned to the load shortly before 5:00. I pulled the box in and explained what happened. the window pen was less than pleasant. I told her what I had ordered for lunch and that was in the bag I received in the window. another hirer gave me a box of tweeper rings. when I said it was only wobble rings, the window writer said you ate the burger. I worked with an international home improvement business. if I had treated a customer like that, I would clear my locker. cookout lost my business. lection learned, get the content before leaving the parking lot.
A friend told me that I needed to try this place during my trip to Charlotte, so, the last night there I gave it a go.I ordered inside because the drive-thru was busy AF. It took me a minute to figure out what I wanted because the ENTIRE F 'ING MENU is customizable.So you pick your sandwich and what you want on it or what style you want. You then choose what sides you want fries and cheese curds in my case) but if you don 't want any sides you can double up on the sandwich. Choose your drink or shake, or float) and you 're done.The burger cheddar style) was better than I expected. The cheese curds were good too and the extra onion rings I got were ok I prefer battered over breaded) but the fries were lukewarm.Overall, really good and the customization is nice, I 'll go back when I 'm near one again.
Sardis Road N, Charlotte, NC at about 530pm 5-8-22 Mother's Day in Drive thru. Waited for almost 30 min just to get to speaker to order in a line of maybe 6 cars. Car in front paid and left. I waited another couple of minutes for someone to come to speaker no one did. I thought the speaker maybe broken so i pulled up the guy opened the window. I APOLOGIZED for pulling up because i heard his voice at last minute. He said there were only two of them there. So there should not be any reason to know which person was this rude. On Mother's Day. To a Mother WITH MY TWO KIDS IN THE CAR. so once he said there were just two he said I would have to wait because some one is at the speaker. I wanted to wait my turn AT the pay window and turn my car off to save gas since i had already wasted it there waiting for over 30 minutes now. But i left and as others windows were down in the long line I let them know I would never spend a cent at a place so disrespectful. Yeah I just got off work that I went in at 645 AM. AND OFF AT 3. And my kids wanted cookout so mom wouldn't have to cook on moms day after working 5 days straight and more to come. I will post this on the reviews too. On multiple sites and higher in the company and the store manager this week... personally.! I was gonna help pay this guys hourly wage by eating here??? Hmmm Customer service is a zero. N to trust the food from this employee who obviously hates the world. No thanks. It would probably had come from the trash. I'm not local, I'm from Idaho, and cook out is the best thing ever in my life.We went with take out because the drive thru line is always infinity long, and for how busy they always are, they move fast. Not Chick-fil-A fast, but faster than other places.The food is delicious, it's not good for you in ANYWAY, but I keep coming back because it's addicting.The walnut shake is the best one btw
I just left out cookouts line after a terrible experience in the drive-thru. I let the young lady know I had two separate orders, and she told me to wait a moment. no problem. When she came back, she asked if I was willing to order and she cried to me as if she was frustrated with me and said: "well gott head with her or!" a good customer service is very difficult to find in this area. I went off without ordering.
