The restaurant is clean, the customer service is excellent, and the food is consistently outstanding, even at various locations.

Every time I come here, I order my sandwich without cheese, there is even on my entrance. Every time they put cheese on it! Don't you read what you're asking? $16 for a sandwich and they can't get it right? I'm not coming back.

The ordering process specifically asks whether you want to transfer your order to you or leave outside. I asked to give it to me. It was left on stage that they didn't even ring the doorbell. I won't order from there again.

Can't make a sandwich right.... This place made my sandwich of my last order. I wanted to give them another chance and I'm sorry. My Italian sub had no Italian dressing or spicy must, which is usually there. When I came back to ask a side of everyone to make the sandwich myself, the girl started in the dark brown ponytail and a black hat with me. She said she was laying in there, but please note my pictures... otherwise prove. Then she threw the condiments on me and started with an rude comment under her breath. So morale of history, if you want your order to be grounded every time and get the recruitment from the staff with every visit, then please order here. If not, I wouldn't suggest this place!!

Firehouse Subs at the Arboretum is the only place I go to get my sandwiches. The staff is always nice and greet me as I enter. The manager are always great to take to and run a great store. I do not usually have mishaps, but when I do its user error and the managers always help to make it right. Thank You to the best sub ship in Charlotte.
