The first time that I go to five guys and back there. blonde Ukrainian guy was brilliant and polite.

Would have preferred to give them 0 stars but you had to give them at least one. Had an issue at this location filled out a complaint directly to the store and corporate aand neither responded

Its alright. A little over priced. The staff is wonderful. Nothing really that special about the food its really just over priced glorified fast food.

Called in and placed a order 20 minutes before the store closed at 10 o 'clock and when I got there at 9:58 the doors were already locked. Someone open the door and when I got to the register Cordell was very unprofessional and rushing me to pay. I told the female worker over the phone that I would give her a tip for helping with me with my order being patient. But the tip in the car so I go back out side to get it while waiting on my milkshake to be made. But when I get back to the door and she is about to open it since it 's locked Cordell tells the girl he can wait outside for the milkshake which literally took like one min to make.

The burgers are great with tons of things to add on, only wish they had the ability to add an egg and the burger would be complete. Fries are good and made fresh as are the shakes. The menu is simple, hamburgers, hot dogs fries. But you can mix and match and make things like a veggie burger or cheese sandwich and such. The French fries, a small is enough for a family of four. Don’t look at the co Rainer and think that’s all you get. They fill it to the rim and the. Let it overflow. The only drawback is the price, the price for a fast food burger joint is a little more than others, but to be honest, order properly, small fries can be shared by more than one or even two people and a single burger with all the toppings is more than enough food to satisfy most people. It’s not like McDonald’s where you have to get a double or triple burger to get a burger that will satisfy you.
