Holiday Inn Charlotte-airport Conf Ctr, An Ihg

We chose this property because it was the first shuttle to arrive at the airport after we missed our connecting flight. The shuttle driver on August 8th at 9 a.m. was amazing and very helpful. Check-in at the hotel was fast and smooth. The hotel restaurant was open until 11, and the bartender Iesha was great and super friendly. I had a hamburger which was amazing, possibly because I was hungry. Iesha mentioned that the patties were fresh and they definitely tasted fresh and were cooked perfectly. The room and bed were comfortable and exactly what I needed. The price for the room was a bit high, but I understand that it's close to the airport and they can charge more because people are desperate.

I had the pleasure of staying there for one night. it was comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly. many thanks to sharell for help at the shuttle to the airport and to the gentleman at the reception (igor for his name,) but I check on 7/13 and when I called down for an iron cause that did not work in the room, he called the and I had an iron within minutes. I will remain in this future in any case, while charlotte. many thanks for the hospitality it was excellent!

I stayed here after a missed connection and had no issues. I like that the shuttle runs on a 24-hour rotation. The room was clean and the mattress seemed fine. Restaurant in hotel, fridge in room. Front desk service was friendly and quick. Would easily stay here again for an airport overnight.

Great place to stay for an overnight. We had a layover and decided to stay there instead of waiting in the Airport. We had an excellent shuttle driver who picked us up right away he was super nice and professional and shared information about the restaurant at the hotel which we took advantage of (food was really good too He helped us with our bags and in we went. We went to our room and then headed straight down to the restaurant. The hostess seated us right away Oh I forgot to mention the wonderful hostess was also our shuttle driver. Rosie was our waitress, and she was also wonderful. Come to find out that our Shuttle Driver/Hostess was also the General Manager Mike Ratcliff- They were short staffed (as are most places these days), so everyone has to chip in and help to keep things going. What a great team running this hotel and I hope they know how much it is appreciated.

This hotel needs an overhaul. The lobby will deceive you into thinking it's a decent property.The beds feel like you're sleeping on bricks.Rooms are old and dingy and DIRTYThe linens and towels are dingyThe carpet is nastyThe bathroom was dirtyThe couch in the room was dingy and had dirt spots.The curtain are old and dusty.None of the hard surfaces had been cleaned.The overall feel of the room is dim, musty and old.Will not book at this location in the future.
