House Of Pizza - Charlotte

Greatest Cheese Steak in Charlotte hands down. This restaurant is like no other. Perfect service, perfect food, perfect staff. I will definitely return to this place with a friend or two.

I discovered this cute little restaurant in 1989 and I have enjoyed plenty of succulent dishes from there. I haven't found anyone that even comes close to House of Pizza ! I highly recommend their Lasagna, Spaghetti , Pizza , and Subs. I stop by and have a meal whenever I am in town. It would be awesome if they would move closer to the University location and I could stop by more often. The restaurant is not located in the best area of town but it has still managed to thrive.

The service and food here are consistently top notch. The warm, family atmosphere here has stayed tried and true since the day they opened, and survived a long hiatus after a lengthy remodel. The Philly steak and Philly chicken are barely a blip on their menu; but they are easily one of the best in the Charlotte metro. I’ve also heard the Hawaiian pizza is great; though I’m too in love with the steak sandwich with extra mushrooms and onions to ever divert when placing my order. Our friends come here multiple times a week; we make it a point to come along whenever we are back in town. It’s that good.

I have ordered here at least 10 times and had my first issue with my sub and I called to simply let them know and the guy on phone was super cool. I definitely recommend this place the food is great and obviously great service. Thanks for the great food and service!!

Went back to House of Pizza today for lunch and it was better than I remembered. Another great experience their famous Beef Philly was excellent. Our waitress Liz was wonderful, my lunch partner had never been before and was blown away, and kicking themselves that they had never been before. Am so glad they have reopened after being closed so long for renovations. Hard to decide whats better, the pizza or the Philly steak sub, cant go wrong with either choice
