Jersey Mike's Subs - Charlotte

I had an excellent experience at 7th Street JM's. The customer service was outstanding, especially from a red-haired staff member whose name I can't recall; she was always attentive and knowledgeable about the sandwiches. With just a glance, she instinctively knew what I needed, and her assistance was invaluable. Keep up the great work! I wish I could give this place a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be coming back!

Wow, the staff here is always incredibly friendly and courteous. The sandwiches are fantastic! I try to support local businesses whenever possible, but I can always count on having a great experience here.

I have to say I was quite disappointed with the direction this restaurant has taken. The customer service is well below standard, and the overall vibe feels off. I really didn't appreciate having my sandwich made by someone whose pants were sagging to show his underwear. Shaking my head... this was my last visit to that location. What a shame... I hope you can improve, guys.

Today will be the last day I will ever visit this location. My sandwich was made by someone that truly wished he was somewhere else and it was proven with his interaction and lack of caring for anything he was doing. And the disregard of glove changing is completely disgusting as well as I watch not a single employee change them after taking a break outside still wearing gloves or touching the register.

One of the few sub places where you absolutely get what you pay for. The Giant sub is 20 bucks and it's literally two Subway subs. The atmosphere in the Jersey Mike's is terrible but it is in every JMs. It's like a gas station waiting area. Staff was friendly and courteous.
