Mac's Speed Shop - Charlotte

I was in Charlotte for a quick business trip and decided to try some BBQ while waiting for a friend to land at the airport. Mac's exceeded my expectations! The brisket was tender and flavorful, the mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, and the beans were excellent. The atmosphere inside was unique, with a cool motorcycle theme that gave the feel of being in a shop. They also had a great selection of beers. Their slogan of Beer, Bikes, and BBQ perfectly sums up the experience at Mac's. The food was so good that I wanted to go back before leaving, but unfortunately they didn't open early enough for me to make a return visit. I will definitely be back next time I am in town!

The BBQ was fantastic, the atmosphere was laid-back, and the service was very friendly. I will definitely return.

Great food and location for a team lunch. Don’t be in a hurry during lunch, they are busy. Take your time and enjoy.

Very good place for some food, drinks and to watch the game. The brisket sandwich was good and the atmosphere and the service was better.
