Mcalister's Deli - Charlotte

I've visited every McAlister's in Charlotte, and this one is definitely the best! I always order their baked potatoes, and unlike other locations, they're never overcooked – they come out just right. The food is consistently fresh, and I'm always very satisfied with my experience. I come here often!

I used to visit this restaurant regularly, but after tonight, I won't be returning. I placed an order and even included a 20% tip, yet all three items I received were wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, but it arrived without any chicken. I also asked for a wrap without tomatoes, and the first bite revealed a large chunk of tomato. My third item was a pecan cheesecake, for which I was charged, but it wasn't included in my bag. By the time I got home, they were already closed. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t even give me a receipt. I feel incredibly disrespected by this experience, and I don't want to hear any excuses about being short-staffed when I was the only customer in the place.

McAlister's is definitely one of my top choices for lunch. Their salads and baked potatoes are truly exceptional!

Just got a salad and they used old lettuce and an old avocado. First time I have ordered lunch here and the last?.waste of $10

Ordered a 4 cheese melt and nachos which cost $12 and literally got chips with a side of shredded cheese to make at home. The cheese melt had no cheese on it. Straight up bread with one slice of tomato. Will never be back. Rip off.
